Yog vim li cas lub paddle tshuab corroded

Cim intermeshing wedge paddles nrog dual counter-rotating shafts tsim ib lub tshuab nqus tsev vacuum paddle tshuab uas optimizes tshav kub hloov. Thov siv cov paddles rau cov cua sov hloov ntawm lub tshuab compact. Thaum tshav kub kub hloov mus nruab nrab: chav nqus paddle tshuab ziab khaub ncaws, roj, thermal kua, dej los yog glycol cais los ntawm kev ua haujlwm loj. Nplooj tshuab ziab khaub ncaws muab lub tshuab nqus tsev vacuum vapor density tsim rau kev siv VOC los yog cov khoom siv phom sij.
Paddle dryers qhuav cov ntaub ntawv kub-rhiab ntawm qhov kub qis hauv lub tshuab nqus tsev. Kev ziab kom qhuav, cov khoom siv hluav taws xob ua kom muaj plua plav me me raws li qhov ua tau, thaj chaw hloov chaw sov, ntau lub rotor tsim rau kev tuav cov ntaub ntawv nyuaj-rau-hloov, ntuj sib xyaw ntawm qhov chaw pub noj pab txhim kho kom qhuav thiab tiv thaiv kom tsis txhob lo.
Kev ziab kom qhuav kom tsis muaj dej noo los yog cov kuab tshuaj seem qis dua 10 ppm yuav tsum muaj cua sov thiab lub sijhawm nyob. Lub tshuab ziab khaub ncaws tso cai rau koj kom ua tiav cov hom phiaj ntawm lub tshuab nqus tsev ntxhua khaub ncaws hauv cov txheej txheem nqus cov tshuab ziab khaub ncaws tas li.
Paddle dryers muab ib txoj kev txhim khu kev qha thiab muaj txiaj ntsig ntawm kev ziab slurries, lim ncuav qab zib thiab centrifuge concentrates. Thaum txo qhov kub, lub tshuab nqus tsev tsim tuaj yeem tshem tawm cov dej los yog cov kuab tshuaj organic.
