Cov txheej txheem txheej txheem tshuab ziab khaub ncaws: 1. Txheeb xyuas ua ntej tsav tsheb: a. Qhib lub tshuab nqus tsev thiab tshawb xyuas seb cov yeeb nkab txuas thiab lub thawv ntim khoom tau xau, seb lub qhov nkag thiab qhov chaw nres nkoj tau kaw zoo, thiab seb lub tshuab nqus tsev puas nkag siab. b. Qhib lub qhov dej txias thiab tshawb xyuas qhov txuas ntawm lub raj xa cua sov, seb lub thawv ntim khoom tau xau, thiab seb lub ntsuas cua siab puas rhiab. c. Txheeb xyuas seb cov ntsuas, cov nyees khawm, thiab ntsuas ntsuas ntawm lub txee tswj hluav taws xob zoo li cas, xyuas seb cov xov hlau hauv av puas zoo, seb puas muaj qhov xau lossis luv Circuit Court.
Lub tshuab ziab khaub ncaws raws li cov cua sov thiab cov khoom siv ziab khaub ncaws tsis huv rau sludge tau siv hauv kev lag luam tshuaj lom neeg, kev lag luam zaub mov thiab kev lag luam pub mis ntau xyoo dhau los. Tam sim no nws tau tsim rau hauv txheej txheem kom qhuav kom qhuav thiab muaj kev lag luam thoob ntiaj teb siab heev. Cov txheej txheem ntawm ib nrab ziab thiab hlawv cov sludge hauv lub tshuab ziab khaub ncaws yog: cov ntub ntub dej nkag mus rau cov tshuaj kho sludge tau tso rau hauv lub tshuab ziab khaub ncaws los ntawm lub tshuab nqus dej sludge, thiab cov sludge hauv lub tshuab ziab khaub ncaws yog rhaub thiab ua kom sov los ntawm cov cua sov tsis ncaj tso tawm, thiab cov dej khib nyiab evaporated tau muab tso rau hauv cov kua los ntawm lub condenser, thiab tom qab ntawd tso tawm mus rau tus qauv tom qab kho lossis suav nrog hauv cov kav dej phwj tuaj. Cov dej sludge qhuav nkag rau hauv lub cub tawg rau kev hlawv, thiab cov pa kub kub uas ua los ntawm cov tshuaj tua hluav taws sludge kis tau los ntawm cov khoom pov tseg cov cua sov thiab cov neeg siv nyiaj txiag. Lub zog cua sov tau rov qab los nrog cua ua ntej tso cua sov, thiab tom qab ntawd ua tiav los ntawm cov cuab yeej ua kom huv cov pa kom mus txog tus qauv thiab tawm mus rau huab cua los ntawm lub qhov cua. Lub zog cua sov rov zoo los ua kom muaj cua sov lossis ua kom sov hloov cov roj, uas yog siv los ua cua sov nruab nrab ntawm lub tshuab ziab kom paub qhov ua tau zoo ntawm kev siv cua sov.
