Cov txheej txheem kev siv lub tshuab ua kom muaj zog: 1. Tshawb xyuas ua ntej pib: a. Qhib lub tshuab nqus plua plav txhawm rau xyuas seb lub yeeb nkab txuas, txhaws lub thawv tso tawm, seb lub qhov hluav taws xob nkag sab hauv thiab qhov hluav taws xob puas zoo kaw, thiab seb lub tshuab nqus lub tshuab nqus puas nkag siab. b. Qhib lub tso dej txias dej siab thiab tshawb xyuas qhov sib txuas ntawm lub thawv xa cua sov, seb lub thawv ntim khoom yuav tso tawm li cas, thiab seb lub ntsuas cua ntsuas lub siab zoo li cas. c. Kuaj seb lub ntsuas, lub khawm, thiab qhov ntsuas ntawm lub thoob hluav taws xob tswj lub cev yog qhov qub, xyuas seb lub xaim hluav taws xob puas nyob ntawm qhov zoo, seb puas muaj xau lossis luv Circuit Court.
Yias tshuab ziab khaub ncaws ua qhov siv ua cua sov thiab tshuab ziab khaub ncaws rau sludge tau siv nyob rau hauv kev lag luam chemical, khoom noj khoom haus thiab kev lag luam pub khoom ntau xyoo dhau los. Tam sim no nws tau tsim mus rau hauv cov txheej txheem qhuav kev paub tab thiab muaj cov khoom lag luam thoob ntiaj teb zoo heev. Cov txheej txheem ntawm kev qhuav ib nrab thiab kev kub ntxhov ntawm sludge hauv tshuab ziab khaub ncaws yog muaj raws li nram no: cov dej ntub dej nkag mus rau sludge kho tsob nroj yog pumped rau hauv sludge tshuab ziab los ntawm sludge twj tso kua mis, thiab cov sludge hauv lub tshuab ziab khaub ncaws yog rhuab thiab evaporated los ntawm cua kub Cov dej ntws tawm, thiab cov khib nyiab evaporated tau muab tso ua kua rau hauv cov kua los ntawm cov kwj hluav taws xob, thiab tom qab ntawd muab tso tawm kom ua raws li cov kav dej phwj. Lub tshuab nqus dej ua kom nkag mus rau hauv qhov cub kom ua hluav taws xob, thiab cov cua kub ua rau cov roj ua los ntawm sludge incineration kis tau los ntawm cov cua sov pov tseg thiab kev lag luam ua kom kub tau lub zog ua kom zoo dua nrog cov cua ua ntej, thiab tom qab ntawd ua tiav los ntawm cov pa roj lim ua kom tiav. cov qauv thiab tso tawm rau hauv qhov cua mus txog qhov chimney. Lub zog ua kom sov sov ua kom muaj pa taws lossis tso cua sov hloov cov roj, thiab cov roj los yog cov roj hloov ua kom sov yog siv los ua cov cua kub nruab nrab ntawm lub tshuab ziab kom thiaj li paub qhov siv tau kub.
